So this blue dress looks stunning.  I had to say that first.  Seriously, it does though.  This would be perfect for a wedding, or a fancy cocktail party.  It's really clean, classic, and chic.  The ruffled cream colored clutch really pops against the blue and black colors in the rest of the outfit.  The black earrings with the golden crowns make a statement while the black studded heels really add some glam.
