Feeling Healthy: Tone Your Derriere!
5:28 PMWell, this week I don't have a celebrity outfit idea. So I decided to give you guys some work out ideas! Especially since it's getting really warm here and everyone has started to break out their shorts. So it's probably a good idea to get toned and in shape!
Bridges - They work your hamstrings, glutes, and quads. Do 2 sets and 15 reps.
Lateral Lunges - They work your quads, glutes, and inner thighs. Do 2 sets and 15 reps.
Skater Squats - They work your quads, glutes, hips, and outer thighs. Do 2 sets and 15 reps.
Step-Ups - The work your quads, glutes, and calves. Do 2 sets and 15 reps.
All of that should take about 15 minutes and it's a beginner work out! If you feel like challenging yourself, add another set! Or combine it with another routine.
