As you guys saw last week, I started planning out my Sweet Sixteen.  Unfortunately due to monetary issues, I can no longer have one.  Although, as my friend put it, I can always have a Sexy Seventeen!  I still plan on finishing out this series.  So you guys can see exactly what I would have done.

Black and White.  That's the theme, right?  Well you need decorations for your party to remind everyone of the theme.  You can do simple things or extravagant things, it all depends on your budget.  My choice is simple though.  I want everyone there to hang out and have a good time.

Silver confetti can be used to be sprinkled lightly all over the table surfaces, and the floor if you have time to clean it up.  Now don't make it look like Ke$ha and Edward exploded in the same room.  Keep it light and simple.

Black and white balloons can be spread out across the room, but again keep it tasteful and simple.  It actually can provide some fun for the guest too.  Especially the people I know.  They like to keep it bouncing in the air.  You can also hang some on the walls.  I like to do it in between the curves of my streamers.



Black and white streamers together will be a great border to the room.  You can twist them together, or drape it.  Streamers tend to be extremely cheap, and they come down easily.  So you don't have to worry about either of those.

Table centerpieces are a great way to bring it all together.  You can do candles in the middle, or vases with flowers.  Whatever you do you're sure to make it look good.
