Hey guys!  This is my new dress form.  She needs a name!  I think when I can get together some prizes I will have a contest for that.  As you can see this outfit is really simple and put together, with a touch of glam.  This necklace really makes a statement and brings the outfit up a whole level.

 It's a navy dress that has a high neckline.  It has a skinny, red belt with a silver buckle.  I got this dress from Forever21.  The necklace is an aged-looking silver that has chains and metal leaves coming down from the original chain from PacSun.

I would wear this outfit to any place that requires a dressier wear than casual.  Like to a fancy restaurant. Or a gathering of some sort.  Yes, I know how specific that is.  I would pair silver flats with this or nude heels.  It depends on how dressy you want it to look.
