Fierce Friday- Stunning Sundays?
2:12 PMHey guys!
Again, I am so sorry! But Fierce Friday is better late then never, right?!
Okay, so today I am doing a simple, but eye catching look.
I'm going to the movies today with my best friend, and for some reason,
I always want to look my best when going to see a movie!
But you don't want to look cakey, and like your trying too hard.
So today's inspiration was... the movie theatre?
Let's get started!
Okay, so today's products are going to be cheep as well! So that's totally a plus!
Step one)
Apply your favorite cheap champaine colored cream eyeshaddow. This is going to be the base for your eyeshaddow.
-- Meaning that it will keep your eyeshaddow on longer, and make the colors appear more vibrant. (I used Revlon's Beyond Natural Cream-Powder eyeshaddow quad in Peach, and the bottom right color)
Step one and a half(:
I used LIGHT, goldy champaine powder eyeshaddow on my lid. This is a way lighter, and more champainey version of "Gold Mine" by M.A.C

Step three)
Use a coppery brown color for your crease. Every FF, I've told you to use a light hand, and windsheld wipper motion when applying your crease color, but keep the "height" only about a centimeter tall at the most. This time is different, I want you to apply this color with a very light hand, keeping the windesheld wiper motion, but make it stop just before your eyebrow bone, so you can still apply a highlight color.

Step 3 1/2)
Use a shimmery/pearly white color for a light, I mean light highlight just under your eyebrows, and on the inner conor of your eyes. You want to look awake and alert. Not like a disco ball.
Step 3 3/4)
This is my new everday look because the eyeshaddow itself is not that exciting, even though I think by itself, it looks "natural" but still gorgeous. However, now you want to apply a bright baby blue, purple, forest green (would look the most "natural," and least shocking, but still stunning) or bright green (for the daring) on your waterline, and upper lash line with a slight cat eye.
(Unfortonatly, I do not have a picture for this step, so I included some pictures that are not mine. But I hope you get the idea)
Step four)
Put on a few (thin if you want a more au natural look, or thick as I usually do) coats of your fave mascara! As I always say, because it is the most worth mentioning in this post, I would strongly recomend Lancome's Hypnose mascara.

----Words of Wisdom: Also, I used to never use bases for anything becaues I thoguht it was just one of those stupid hypes that everybody thinks works, but never does. But, the Lancome mascara base is magic. I have never curled my lashes because it ruins them, but my lashes stick out to the sides, with hardly any curl. Put on 1 or 2 coats of this white magic, and your lashes are curled and volumized to perfection! It also helps you use less of your everyday mascara because you just need to put on one coat for color!
And that's it! This look is not fireworks or magic. But I think its absolutely amazing. I wore this to school today, and I got some many compliments! Try it out! I would love to see your guy's picture and interpritations of this tutorial! <3
Weekly Rave:
I cannot rave enough about this weeks prodcut. Seriously.. I'm speechless. Now kick on the Lady Gaga. But seriously. The other day I went to Bath And Body Works with my friend, and as usual, I had no money. However, when I was looking at their lipglosses, I saw their phone app thingy. So I sent them a text, and got a message back that said if you spend $10 or more, you get a free lip prodcut! Lucky more me, my freind bought exactly $10.50 worth of stuff! So I chose something different. I usually get a sparkly lipgloss or something along those lines. But I went to the C.O Biggalo side, and I saw these "Tinted lip balms" I'm ususally pretty sceptical of those, but I tried it anyway. They have 3 shades. Ginger, Plum(?), and Stawberry lemon. The ginger was waay to0 pale, the plum was waay too dark, then I tried on the strawberry lemon. And it was magic. The most perfectly pigmented, flavorful, and goregous thing ever. This was $7.50 (free for me! And you, too if you hury!) It gives you that great, natural, even lipcolor! Gah! It's so beautiful! And if I could, I would just eat it! It tastes soo good! Just like strawberry lemonaide! Try this out guys, and at the very least, go to BABW and give it a test!
Weekly Review:
Today I am reviewing The Girl Who Played with Fire. I know you guys probably expected me to review a scent, hair product, or makeup item. But I also love reading. I probably love reading more then makeup. And that's saying a lot. Obviously, this book is a part of The Girl With Dragon Tattoo series, and if you haven't read these yet! Don't worry! No spoilers here! I just wanted to say that I waited too long to read these books. I read a lot of books, and this is by far my favorite series to date. It's too great for words. It's smart, funny, and just brilliant! I would rate this book a solid 5/5. I hate when people say like 100/5. Like, yes. We get it, it's a good (blank) but that's just stupid. And unrealistic(: In other words! Even if you guys don't like reading, or if your not a great reader. Try this book. Give it a chance. I know that you will love it. Message me if you read it and you didn't enjoy it. And I will do something special for you. That's how far I want to go for you guys to read this!
I love you guys so much! And I bet you again!
That there will be a Fierce Friday this Friday(:
Heart,
Sydney
